Protein Balls

These devine balls are silky smooth and crunchy at the same time. Perfect for snacking on or satisfying your sweet tooth when you are craving something sweet.

This will take you 20-30 minutes to make from start to finish.

These are high in good fats. Therefore, like everything else, I recommend them to be eaten in moderation. If you are watching your macros, I have listed the reference below.

Carbohydrates- 118g

Protein- 40g

Fats- 122g

Note: The macros are calculated for the bulk not individual balls. Macros for each ball will vary as per the size you choose to make it. Just divide above total macros by the number of balls you make to get individual macro count.



150g dried dates

100g almonds

50g cashew nuts

30g raw cacao powder

15g chia seeds

3 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp honey (optional)

1 1/2 (one and a half) tsp ground cinnamon

1 1/2 (one and a half) tsp vanilla extract


Soak dates in hot water for five minutes.

Meanwhile, blend all nuts until smooth.

Add in rest of the ingredients into the blender including dates (drained well).

Blend till smooth. 

Roll them into desirable size balls, sprinkle with small amount of cacao powder and refrigerate for two hours.

Store in the refrigerator in an air tight jar for up to two weeks.
